Understanding the expectations of our customers, employees and other stakeholders
is very important to Thames Water. We want to ensure that your priorities
are taken into account in our decision-making, and are committed to consultation

Current consultations
On 11 August 2008 we published our draft five-year plan.
The plan sets out our proposals for work to maintain and improve
services, and will ultimately set the
prices we charge our customers from 2010 to 2015.
We would like to hear your views on the draft five-year plan.
You will be able to read the consultation document on this website, and give
us your comments. The 12-week consultation is open from 15 August
to 6 November 2008.
Please see above for how to register. Registered participants will receive a
notification by email when the consultation begins.
The 16-week public consultation on our draft Water Resources Management
Plan has now closed.
The draft plan, published in May, outlines how Thames Water plans to cope with
increased pressure on water supplies, from population growth, climate change and
increased demand to ensure there will be sufficient water available over the next
25 years.
In early November 2008 we will publish a Statement of Response to all the comments
made during the consultation. This will outline how comments will be taken into account
in preparation of the final Water Resources Management Plan. The Statement of Response
will be made available to all those who participated in the consultation and for stakeholders
to view online.
Subject to approval by the Secretary of State, the final Plan will be published in July 2009.
In order to be notified when the results are available, in October 2008, please ensure you have registered
for this consultation. Please see above for how to register.
